Platinum Package: Full Event Coordination & Production This package is great for couples who want help with planning their big day from the time she says "Yes" to "I DO" - Complimentary consultation
- Unlimited phone, email, or in person consultations
- Detailed budget development and management
- Assistance in obtaining a theme, design, ambiance and formality of the wedding day
- Assistance with vendor selection & contracts
- Assist with selection of invitations, programs, thank-you cards, etc.
- Assist with rehearsal dinner location & arrangements
- Assist with seating charts, escort cards, RSVP's
- Assist with out of town guest accomidations
- Attendance at all final venue & vendor meetings
- Attendance at cake & meal tastings for menu selections and cake selection
- Detailed itinerary and floor plan
- Finalize all vendors and give direction for day of wedding
- Distribute final payments to vendors
- Collection of all reception decor for set up at location ( menus, favors, place cards, etc)

Gold Package: This package is great for couples who have great ideas and would like help implementing them & have done some preliminary planning. This package includes all the full-service wedding planner, but with fewer in person consultations - Complimentary initial consultation

- Arrange vendor appointments and attend two meetings of your choice in each category
- Event Design and Decor brainstorming
- Detailed time line of ceremony & reception
- Assist with finalization of vendors & contracts
- Assist with seating charts & escort cards
- Assist with and deliver Welcome Gift Baskets to out of town guests
- Site walk through
- Follow up calls with vendors to confirm wedding day details
- Collection of favors, menus, place cards, etc for set up at location
- Up to 2 hours of rehearsal cordination
- Handle final vendor confirmations and directions for the day
- Distribution of final payments to vendors

Silver Package: Designed for the couple that have done all the planning and just want someone there to oversee the big day. I would begin working with you 1 month before your wedding day. - 1 detailed meeting
